REOCCURRING;;

These don't particularly belong in a specific story, but they're reoccurring characters that make up for the larger world-building. They can range from deities, to narrators, to adventurers, to just a silly little guy.

HAPPINESS DIVISION;;

When one commits suicide, there is a slim possibility of winning the lottery to join the Happiness Division upon your death instead of having to spend an indeterminable amount of time in purgatory. From there, you must work hard to spread happiness to others in order to grow wings large and white enough to make the trip to heaven. From there, you will be granted one wish before you're able to return back to the cycle of reincarnation.
